Tormore Legacy Series 2003 - cask #836

As part of the new Legacy limited series, Tormore distillery manager Polly Logan and Elixir Distillers' master blender Oliver Chilton have selected single casks from the 2003, 2009, and 2012 vintage. Each cask showcasing the distillery's DNA using first fill and second fill bourbon maturation. Drawn from first fill cask #638, this expression was bottled in March 2025 at 44.9% abv with an outturn of just 180 bottles.
It is elegant and complex, with aromas of vanilla, honey, ripe fruit, delicate spices, and gentle oak notes. Bottled uncolored and without chill filtration, this 21-year-old bottling offers an authentic and balanced enjoyment for connoisseurs and collectors.
