Torabhaig Signature Reserve Tokaj Cask Finish is a rare single-cask Indie Exclusive, bottled exclusively for the UK market. Limited to just 299 bottles, this heavily peated Skye single malt was matured in ex-bourbon casks and finished in premium Tokaj wine casks before being bottled at a natural cask strength of 59.3% ABV.
Part of Torabhaig’s ultra-rare Signature Reserve series, it highlights the distillery’s passion for creating subtle, elegantly layered whiskies through exceptional cask selection. With its delicate smoke and luxurious Tokaj influence, this exclusive release is available only to a select group of independent wine and spirit merchants – and only while stocks last.
 
TASTING NOTES
"lovely, attractive nose with grilled apricots, barbecue smoke, toasted barley, shortbreads, like having a barbecue breakfast on a peat bog. Honey on sourdough toast, soft brine edge, smoked almonds, barley sugar, apricot compote, maple pecan danish pastry."

About Torabhaig Distillery
Torabhaig is a modern independent distillery on the Isle of Skye. Founded in 2013, it is only the second distillery to open on the island in over 190 years.
Housed in a beautifully restored 19th-century stone farm steading, the distillery features two bespoke copper pot stills by Forsyths, long fermentations in Douglas Fir washbacks, and pure spring water from the surrounding hills. Owned by Mossburn Distillers, Torabhaig produces a distinctive, fruit-forward, heavily peated single malt with an annual capacity of approximately 1.5 million bottles.
