The Grappa di Barolo by Romano Levi is a grappa obtained from Neive, Barbaresco, Trezzo Treiso and Alba; DOC & DOCG areas. Aged for five years in classic Piedmontese barrels of about 700 litres capacity, made of various types of wood, stored in rooms with the right humidity and at a constant temperature of 14 to 19 degrees C.
It is aged for a minimum of 6 years before release.

Complex notes of rich fragrant stone fruits and tangy, acidic grapes and citrus. Warming, woody spice with earthy, musty depth.
