Providence 2019 Rum

This expression from Haiti’s Distillerie de Port-au-Prince has been aged for three years in ex-Caroni rum casks. The distillery was founded by Herbert Barbancourt-Linge, a descendant of the famous Barbancourt rum family, and specialises in making pot still rums. Province 2019 offers aromas of powdered sugar, freshly cut grass and flambeed bananas, followed by notes of grilled pineapple, fresh cane sugar, tobacco and cooking spices throughout the vibrant palate.
