Expertly vinified by Giuseppe Rinaldi – a historic Italian winemaker with a lineage spanning five generations. Created with juicy Barbera and Nebbiolo grapes picked from the famed region of Piedmont, it’s fermented in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and matured in oak for seven months before finally being bottled.
The 2021 Freisa is fabulous. Vibrant and explosive, the 2021 is seriously impressive. A rush of sage, mint, rose petal lavender and graphite races across the palate. The Rinaldi Freisa is a blend from old vines in Ravera (planted in the 1980s) and younger vines in Le Coste. The 2021 is a knock-out. If you can find it, don't miss it.
