Kilchoman 18Y/O Family Cask Edition

Part of the inaugural Kilchoman Family Collection, this 18 Year Old single malt explores the evolution of Kilchoman's signature style as the distillery reaches increasingly mature age statements.
Distilled using heavily peated barley (50ppm) from Islay's Port Ellen Maltings, this expression was matured exclusively in ex-bourbon casks for 18 years. The extended maturation allows Kilchoman's distinctive peat smoke to integrate beautifully with layers of vanilla, citrus and oak, creating a refined yet unmistakably Islay dram.
