This five year old release is our first use of Constantia sweet dessert wine casks from South Africa, a perfect showcase of our unpeated double distilled single malt whisky. Initially matured in first fill ex-bourbon casks, this release has been finished for one year and ten months in Constantia wine barriques and delivers notes of fresh apricot, peach, pink grapefruit, clementine, rich manuka honey, and dark chocolate.
