Sukhinder Singh has worked in every aspect of the spirits business – from stacking his parents’ off licence shelves, to creating one of the largest online drinks retailers, to bottling highly sought-after whiskies and fine spirits, and establishing his own distilleries.
 
This rum was distilled by a highly regarded distillery in the capital city of the Central American nation. It uses molasses made from local cane, column-distilled and initially aged in charred ex- bourbon barrel, before being shipped to the UK and aged in bourbon barrels.
