Ebba Tidal Cornish Gin

Ebba Tidal Cornish Dry Gin is a small-batch London Dry gin crafted by the coastal Mounts Bay Distillery in Cornwall, England. Inspired by the ebb and flow of the Atlantic tides surrounding Mounts Bay, the gin combines classic London Dry structure with hand-harvested ocean botanicals collected from the Cornish shoreline. 
Distilled in traditional copper pot stills, Ebba Tidal balances juniper-forward character with layers of citrus, herbaceous freshness, and subtle maritime salinity. Seaweed botanicals including sugar kelp and dulse contribute mineral depth and savoury complexity, while lemon peel, lime peel, hibiscus, and sea berries bring brightness and floral lift. 
The distillery was founded by Lisa Ängesjö and Ben Roberts, whose production philosophy centres around sustainability, minimal environmental impact, and a deep connection to Cornwall’s coastline. The distillery avoids plastic packaging, supports ocean conservation initiatives, and incorporates locally foraged botanicals into its spirits. 
Ebba Tidal is designed for classic serves with premium tonic and citrus garnish, but its saline freshness also makes it particularly well suited to contemporary gin cocktails and martinis. 
 
TASTING NOTES
Nose: Bright juniper, fresh citrus peel, coastal herbs, and delicate sea spray minerality with subtle floral undertones. 
Palate: Clean and vibrant with oily juniper, coriander spice, zesty lemon and lime, herbaceous coastal botanicals, and gentle saline notes from Cornish seaweed. Layers of pepper, soft tropical fruit, and savoury minerality develop across the palate. 
Finish: Crisp, dry, and refreshing with lingering citrus oils, peppery spice, and a clean maritime finish reminiscent of sea air and ocean spray.
