A Year of Recipe Development
As whisky drinkers, they were determined to design a gin with the balance, complexity and texture to be drunk on its own. With her scientific background and obsessive attention to detail, head distiller Minnie spent a year perfecting and fine-tuning the recipe on a small 5L still in her kitchen. The result is something they are very proud of and we rather agree.
Tasting Notes
Nose: Cut grass, jasmine and citrus
Palate: Juniper and gingerbread
Finish: Cinnamon and sweet marmalade
