Cachaça Princesa Isabel Prata

Princesa Isabel Cachaça Prata is a handcrafted premium Brazilian cachaça produced in Linhares, Espírito Santo, at the renowned Fazenda Tupã estate. Made from freshly pressed, hand-cut sugarcane and distilled in custom copper pot stills, Prata is designed to showcase the vibrant freshness and purity of artisanal cachaça while maintaining exceptional smoothness and balance.
 
The distillery is especially respected for its use of native Brazilian woods, sustainable farming practices, and small-batch production methods. Sugarcane is processed within hours of harvest to preserve freshness, and fermentation uses carefully selected yeast strains before slow copper distillation. The estate also operates with strong environmental practices, including solar energy usage, organic cultivation, and recycling of distillation byproducts back into the farm ecosystem.
 
Founded in 2016 by Adão Cellia and Maria Isabel de Moraes Cellia, the Princesa Isabel distillery was created as a tribute to family heritage and traditional Brazilian cane spirit production. Located near the Rio Doce (“Sweet River”) in Espírito Santo, the estate cultivates several sugarcane varieties specifically selected for high-quality cachaça production.
 
TASTING NOTES
Bright and aromatic, with notes of fresh sugarcane, tropical fruit, citrus, and soft floral tones. The palate is clean, smooth, and lightly spicy, leading into a refreshing finish with gentle sweetness and lingering cane freshness.
