Boatyard Vodka

The Boatyard Distillery is situated on the banks of Lough Erne, County Fermanagh, North West Ireland. Boatyard is Fermanagh’s first legal distillery since 1890. Their story began with a dream in 2013 when their founder, Joe McGirr, imagined returning home to his native Enniskillen. Joe grew up on a nearby dairy farm, and the McGirr family are always a part of what Boatyard does. The distillery takes its name from the disused Boatyard that it’s built on. It makes them unique as a distillery, as visitors can arrive just as easily by boat as they can by car.
 
The organic Irish wheat for Boatyard's vodka is carefully selected from what they consider to be the best growers in Ireland. Their seed-to-sip ethos means that they can trace the wheat used in each individual bottle back to the farmer who grew it and even the field in which it was grown. This approach gives their small batch Irish vodka a unique and complex flavour. They don’t filter their spirit at all, believing this allows you to enjoy the unique flavour of their Irish grain vodka in the way they intended it – pure and unedited.
 
A creamy, smooth character, notes of black pepper, banana, orange zest, beeswax and sweet vanilla finish. Bottled at 41% ABV. 
 
B-Corp certified since 2023 - the 1st distillery in Ireland to achieve such certification.
