Barrell Seagrass features a carefully curated blend of American and Canadian rye whiskeys. Each component is selected with precision and undergoes individual finishing in a unique array of barrels � Martinique Rhum, Madeira, and apricot brandy. This blend accentuates the beloved grassy, seaside characteristics inherent in rye, while also embracing the richness and spice imparted by the finishing barrels. Every batch is blended based on taste and bottled at its genuine cask strength, which leads to slight variations in proof across different blends.
 
A portion of the proceeds from the sale of Barrell Seagrass goes to the Ocean Foundation to contribute to the conservation and restoration of Seagrass.
