Ever wondered what sort of drams pair with game? We are surrounded by the most amazing landscape and its bounties, plus plenty of great butchers and gamekeepers, so it is only right we honour it by having chef Matthew Beardshall (Wilder) preparing a game-led 4-course menu and have 4-drams to match.
