First of all thank you so much for reading this and indeed for coming to see me in the shop (if you haven’t yet, consider this an invitation).

I’m thrilled to annouce that the 1st tasting masterclass will aptly take place on the 25th January – Burns Night for any whisky drinker’s calendar and indeed one of my favorite days of the year.

On this tasting sesssion we’ll be opening 3 superb whisky choices that are ALL ABOUT THE MALT, choices that are indeed a powerful & fruity enough match to the earthy character of a properly cooked haggis, but also a trio that pairs beautifully with proper chocolate – another treat…
