Sukhinder Singh has worked in every aspect of the spirits business – from stacking his parents’ off licence shelves, to creating one of the largest online drinks retailers, to bottling highly sought-after whiskies and fine spirits, and establishing his own distilleries.
 
This rum was distilled at one of the Fijian main island’s two major distilleries. It has a style reminiscent of classic Caribbean (specifically Jamaican and Bajan) rum, using molasses from locally grown cane. This spirit was produced by the distillery’s column still. After a year ageing in Bourbon Barrels on the island, the rum spent a decade in ex-bourbon casks in the UK.
